Will Fletcher 0418 342 046 Email Will started Plants of Tasmania Nursery in the early 1990s, and knows more about Tasmanian plants than nearly anyone else. He has moved on to other projects, but still designs gardens using our plants.
Samantha Routley 0427 396 002. Email Sam has worked at Plants of Tasmania Nursery for many years, and can give expert advice on garden establishment, soil preparation and plant selection. She has a wide plant knowledge including Tasmanian and mainland natives, hardy ornamental exotics and interesting herbs and food plants. Sam particularly enjoys developing gardens with children in mind, both in the development phase and as a space in which to live.

It provides consultation, design and drafting, construction, and maintenance services along with environmental assessments. The company has been established since 2002, and is an accredited HIA member.

The Alchemy of Gardens 0419 647 070 Email Catherine Shields is an experienced landscape designer, working overseas and interstate since 1991 and designing gardens in Tasmania since 2000. The Alchemy of Gardens offers the full range of design services from one-off consultations through to design, construction and follow-up maintenance advice. Catherine works closely with her clients to create very personal and unique gardens. She places a strong emphasis on making our outdoor spaces as environmentally responsible as possible; including the minimising of energy input, maximising resource gains, the use of natural materials, use of food plants and the creation of biodiversity and habitat.
